This pumpkin soup checks all these packing containers, plus it consists of bone broth, offering you some intestine, joint and pores and skin assist as effectively.

Additionally, it’s loaded with helpful vitamin A and vitamin C. So maybe you don’t know what to do with that may of pumpkin apart from a pumpkin pie? Use it on this soup!

This pumpkin soups is loaded with vitamin, macronutrients (good mix of carbs, fats and protein) and sure, taste.


  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can natural pumpkin
  • 1½ cups bone bone broth
  • 1 jar roasted pink peppers
  • ⅓ cup sprouted cashew butter
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup recent parsley (elective)
